When we sit on the porch at night, we often ask each other this question.  If we could dial in the perfect temperature, what would it be?  The answer – “This is it!  It’s just heavenly!”

We are offering two home sites for sale.

Each property is just over one hectare or slightly larger than two and half acres with lovely landscaping with palms, gingers and mature fruit trees.

Each property has a large open flat home site that is ready to build on. Your new home will overlook 20+ acres of primary jungle and thus your view will be permanently protected from any future home construction.

The gated properties are ideally located on quiet dead-end road just under 2 miles (3km) from village of Platanillo.  We now have two excellent supermarkets for all your basic necessities.

If you love to swim, surf or walk on the beach, we are just 20 minutes away  from beautiful beaches.  It’s a 35 minute drive to Perez Zeledon or Uvita for shopping, banking etc.  There are several organic markets in the area and we are only ten minutes from the Tuesday Tinamastes organic market.

Services

Water pipes are run and only need to be connected to the water main for AYA water, located at the street.  Poured concrete culverts provide excellent drainage for rainwater, even in heavy rains.

Electricity and transformer are located at the road.  Your electric meter is installed and ready to be connected to.  Pipes are in place for underground electric cables.  Fiber optic for fast internet service is ready and available at the road for hook up.

Weather

Daytime temperatures are in the upper 70s during the rainy season and low to mid 80s the dry season.  Nighttime temperatures are in the mid to upper 60s year round.

Other features

We are located in a quiet, uncrowded, desirable neighborhood.   The surrounding neighbors all have large properties, so there will be plenty of green space around you.

The properties have 2 wheel drive access.

You can walk to Yoga / Tai Chi at Solfeggio Retreat Center, which is right next door.

Our road, Fila Cacao, is a fantastic walking road for exercise!
